Do you struggle with your purpose for being here and finding meaning in your life?
Do you find yourself doing the same things day after day and wondering is this all there is?
Well you're not alone as I and many clients I see, have this same dilemma.
Recently a client had a breakthrough because he moved into an different line of work more in line with his values and beliefs.
Old beliefs and experiences no longer held him back or tied him to that old industry and now he can pursue what he knows in his heart sits right with him.
Our circumstances change and he found as did I that we are not our job, our personality is not tied to what we do as a job or profession. That realisation is very liberating.
I acknowledge him here for having the courage and the strength to trust himself to follow through on that decision . It is scary and frightening stuff. Keep breathing my friend.
However once you step through that door, it opens up the way for new experiences and challenges.
So how do you this?
Find your purpose and meaning for being here I mean?
Focus on what matters and what is important to you.
Can you turn it into a business that brings in money if it doesn't already.
It is something people want, need and are willing to pay for it.
Build it and they will come isn't going to cut it here.
Is there competition and who is doing it well?
Do you need some additional skills if you do not already have them?
It is a good time to look at your experience and skills and note what you are good at and enjoy doing.
Who do you know who is already doing what you want to do?
Talk it over with your support person or group , preferably a trusted person who will give you wise counsel and feedback.
Unlocking life's code is within you already.
All you have to do now is access it.
Trust your own intuition , it will rarely fail you.
If you need help with any of this call me Colin Slater 0419568043
I want to celebrate the capacity of the human brain, body and spirit to heal itself
given the appropriate space and time to reflect.
What's he mean you ask?
When you create a sacred space where you allow a person to reflect on their circumstances and they choose to say enough of this pain and weight on themselves...
I now choose to let it go and look after my health and my family, a great weight comes off them
a feeling of relief washes through them in a cleansing and healing wave.
When obstacles are removed we can think and act more clearly about our mental and emotional state and also our goals and outcomes that we choose.
Without mentioning any names, when we are able to notice what is holding us back or limiting us and choose to language it and describe it and then let it go, we are able to travel much lighter with more certainty and purpose.
It allows us to move on from difficult and painful circumstances and be at peace.
You do not need to know the circumstances of this experience .
It is sufficient to know that help is available when you want it to lift the weight you are carrying around, sometimes not even knowing how it got there or what it is about.
If this looks and sounds like you then we can talk.

How to get your shit together and get your life back on track
I come across people who are down on themselves and feeling life is tough and what's it all about?
Sometimes it's about our progamming or conditioning from when we were younger as children. Sometimes an event in our lives is shadowing us and unresolves it just hangs around and gets in the way.
We believe we're not good enough or we are fearful of not fitting in or need something to happen before we can shine.
We all make mistakes however the lessons we learn from them is what's important.
So what can we do to disrupt these destructive thinking and habits?
6 steps to overcome negative thinking and habits
1. What get scheduled gets done
2. Where your attention goes your energy follows
3. Learn to say no to unproductive activities and thinking which does not support you
4. Avoid distractions or limit them to short periods during the day e.g. social media
5. Look after your health, relationships and wealth
6. Give yourself time to meditate and just breathe man...just breathe
If you need some help to do any of these things give me a call

Learning to trust the instincts and intuition you were born with takes a little work on yourself because from a young child we are programmed or condition to do this or that and not do this or that because it has implications. That might have been great when you were a child and you were dependant on your caregivers.
Now that you are an adult and are making your own decision it is important to examine that programming to see if it still serves you. If not it is time to change those bits that no longer serve you AND it can be done because you now have a choice AND the meaning you give those experiences or events in your life can be changed or reframed.
You may be asking yourself why would I want to do that?
Great question and here's the thing..
How you view those events and the meaning you attach to them will determine your values and beliefs and more importantly the choices you will make. Those choices are made in your unconscious mind based on your emotions and your thinking around them.
If you're still with me, they are your drivers and so are very important. It is possible that you are carrying beliefs about things that occurred when you were a child and you were not responsible for them and now you believe in some way that it was your fault.
Like your parents breaking up , abuse of some sort, being betrayed or abandoned just to name a few. In many cases they're not your fault at all , they happened to you and now it's up to you to decide what they mean.
This makes it possible to take the load of yourself and begin trusting your own intuition and self-belief again as it was meant to be. You have everything you need inside you now. You are not broken or incomplete, far from it.
Good news is you can change your beliefs and values if they no longer serve you. You aren't stuck with them.
Focus on what you want and bring those thoughts out into the daylight.
Give them structure and add appropriate emotions to them until they become real and tangible, so you can feel them and tell yourself what it will give you when you have realised that goal or outcome.
