Sometimes we have to or need to give ourselves permission to accept our situation, to forgive ourselves or anybody that we feel has wronged us or in some way hurt us and then we can move on.
Not to forget what happened.
It is to allow us to move on to a different perspective of the event(s) and what we choose them to mean now.
It is for own own benefit and not the person who may have done"X".
It creates more space for other experiences to come in... specifically the ones we want.
What we focus on is what we get more of... guess what if you're still focused on that old stuff? Yes more of it. STOP IT NOW!
